whoever invents headphones that are comfortable to sleep in will get so rich

[SleepPhones] are headphones wrapped in a padded fleece headband. I have a pair, and they’re quite nice.

Get out of here……

So I guess I managed to leave the link out of that post, sorry!

Another way to present the 9 types of intelligence as exemplified by my How Do We Measure Intelligence post.

The basic idea is that different people are good at different things. These 9 probably don’t cover the wide range of smarts we all possess, but it’s a start.

As Albert Einstein said, ”Everybody is a genius. But if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will live its whole life believing that it is stupid.”

gender identity / romantic orientation / sexuality headcanons HELLOOOOO

  • MAKI IS GAY
  • eli, too, is a lesbian heheaheeee (ノ◕ヮ◕)ノ*:・゚✧
  • nico is demisexual !!!
  • kotori is demiromantic ace!!
  • hanayo identifying aS GRAY HHHhhHhhHH

I want to be supportive of other people’s headcanons, but I gotta agree here.

I identify as female, end of story. However, my gender PRESENTATION fluctuates greatly! I enjoy dressing androgynously one day, boyishly the next, super feminine the next. However, I have never stated that any of this made me feel like I was not a girl. And neither has Rin.

I related to Rin because I was a tomboy who struggled to feel at all feminine when I was younger. It took me a TONNN of experimentation to find the place I like. Figuring out how to be girly in a way I enjoyed was incredibly hard for me, and I have only recently found a happy medium between the presentations I prefer. Rin struggled to find her femininity, but never at any point did she seem to indicate that she didn’t feel like a girl, only that she wasn’t as girlish as she desired to be. Tumblr seems enamored with attaching ‘genderfluid’ to anyone who presents in any different way, and while genderfluid people are wonderful and amazing, they do not have a monopoly on this lifestyle. I am a girl who cuts her hair short, doesn’t shave her legs and enjoys dressing in a masculine style sometimes. I also love polka dots, cute skirts and bright pink lipstick. But I am not genderfluid because of that.

Genderfluid is a wonderful headcanon to have, but if presentation is the basis of that, I would take a really good look at why that headcanon seemed appropriate.
